SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, and namely to traumatology, orthopedics. Trapeziform resection of distal 2/3 of proximal line of wrist bones and proximal 2/3 of distal line of wrist bones with intercarpal joint is performed. Resection is combined with mobilisation and transposition of tendons of hand flexors on extensors. Shortening osteometry of forearm bones is performed.
EFFECT: method removes flexor contracture of wrist joint in case of contracture from 90°, improves hand function.
