SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to orthopedics. Essence of method: tendons of palm flexors are passed through subcutaneous canals to the rear part of palm, distal ends of tendons of palm flexors are sewn to proximal ends of tendons of palm extensors in distal third of forearm.
EFFECT: method recovers palm extension, eliminates flexion contracture of wrist joint, improves function of palm grasp.
