FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to dentistry and can be applied for composite restoration of temporary teeth. Filling with composite is performed in three stages. At the first stage as composite applied is fluid composite, which contains, as organic filler, adhesively active phosphorous-containing oligoesteracrylate, and as inorganic filler - bioactive calcium-fluorine-aluminosilicate glass, whose concentration constitutes 50-56 wt %. At the second stage as composite, applied is condensable composite, which contains, as organic filler, adhesively active phosphorous-containing oligoesteracrylate, and as inorganic filler - bioactive calcium-fluorine-aluminosilicate glass, whose concentration constitutes 70÷80 wt %. At the third stage as composite, said fluid composite is applied.
EFFECT: method allows to reduce risk of secondary caries development, provide resistance to chewing load.
