FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly to dentistry, also can be used for occlusal surface reconditioning of the posterior teeth. A method of occlusal surface reconditioning of the posterior teeth involves making a dentition occlusal splint of a celluloid strip prepared by the compaction in a vacuum apparatus of a patient's cast following the preparation of a problem tooth, reproduced in dental wax with using the T-Scan Computerised Occlusal Analysis System meeting the principles of modern gnathology, followed by the composite introduction into the occlusal splint to fix it on the dentition and polymerise.
EFFECT: higher effectiveness of the composite replacement of dental defects by occlusal surface reconditioning with keeping in mind the principles of modern gnathology, grounded mathematical modelling of occlusal dental relations contours.
