FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns medicine, namely to pulmonology, and can be used in treatment of the patients with various respiratory apparatus bacterioses. It is ensured by application of solid betaine of such antibiotics, as ciprofloxacin or enterofloxacin and/or sparingly soluble salts thereof. Said compounds are introduced into respiratory tracts of the patient as inhalations.
EFFECT: invention provides high and prolonged local concentration of the antibiotic owing to applicability of these compounds in the form of micron size particles.
