FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to manufacturing of light air blades. Method for manufacturing of blades includes the following interrelated operations - preparation of dies of upper and lower shells with application of separating, decorative or protective layers, laying out of upper and lower shells from glass tissue impregnated with binder with installation of embedded elements. Connection of upper and lower shells with maintenance and disassembly of dies. Laying out of upper shell is carried out with simultaneous shaping of hollow elements along perimetre and along longitudinal axis of shell. Hollow elements along perimetre are arranged with curvilinear cross section. Hollow elements along longitudinal axis are arranged with rectangular cross section. Connection of laid non-hardened upper and lower shells is done by means of vertical crushing of hollow elements. Gaps between hollow elements, lower and upper shells along back edge are filled with polymer filler.

EFFECT: improved strength of shells connection.
