FIELD: aviation.
SUBSTANCE: method for manufacture of sparless rotor blade of helicopter consists in that the filler (1) having a blade shape is manufactured from the thermocompression foamed plastic in accordance with the required dimensions. The outer (3), internal (2) and end packages (4) are formed from prepreg sheets, central load (5) is glued to the inner package (2) and connected with serially arranged inner package (2), outer package (3), rubber patch (8) and ironwork (4). Filler (1) is placed in the inner and outer packages (2) and (3), so that the inner package covers the filler in part of its width, and the outer package - along the entire width, and end package (9) is installed. The assembled blade airfoil portion is arranged in matrix and its heat treatment is carried out. During the manufacture of the blade airfoil portion, longitudinal baffle (11) from prepreg sheets may be manufactured and installed, in this case arrangement of filler (1) is carried out by parts.
EFFECT: improving the accuracy of the outer geometry of the blade and reducing the number of engineering facilities.
