SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machines for moulding glass objects. The device for feeding cooling air to a mouth ring in a machine for moulding glass objects has at least one chamber containing compressed air, lying on the said hollow mould and with an internal area into which a stream of cooled air is fed along the axis from one side. The device has at least one outlet opening near the axis, detachable piston plate, mounted with covering at least part of the chamber with compressed air and with a set of axial openings, in which air is fed from the chamber with compressed air, a row of openings in a lever with mouth rings, in which air is fed from openings in the detachable piston plate through a gap between the lever of the mouth ring and the detachable piston plate, when the lever with mouth rings covers the detachable piston plate, and a row of air passages in the mouth ring, into which air comes from openings in the lever with mouth rings.

EFFECT: higher degree of cooling mouth ring.
