FIELD: transport.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to railway transport, particularly to railway vehicle braking equipment. Proposed automatic controller consists of control component and pressure relay. Control component casing accommodates spring-loaded damper supporting block and cup coupled with yoke, spring fitted the former and the latter. Pressure relay casing houses lever, spring-loaded drive and shut-off pistons with their rods kinked up with said lever, and supply lug valve arranged between pressure relay chambers communicated with braking cylinder and air control valve. Proposed damper represents a rod with throttle hole whereon secured are two shape rubber membranes reinforced by fabric separated by spacer sleeve and having their larger diametres secured in control component casing. Cylindrical surfaces of the casing and spacer sleeve make the guides for corrugation of aforesaid shaped rubber membranes. Shut-off piston represents a rod assembled with washer, push rod and aforesaid shaped rubber membrane with its outer diametres secured in pressure relay casing by spacer sleeve. Drive cylinder represents a rod assembled with washer, push rod and aforesaid shaped rubber membrane with its outer diametres secured in pressure relay casing.
