FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ferrous metallurgy field, particularly it concerns to making of unkilled steels. Method includes melting of semi-product with content of carbon 0.03-0.06%, discharge of it into ladle, deoxidisation by manganese, cutoff of slag, feeding of metal to installation furnace - ladle, definition of metal oxidated after feeding to installation furnace - ladle, content of silicon in it, oxidation of metal by flow of treatment, introduction of ferro calcium wire, pouring on profiled continuous caster. After measuring of metal oxidation by passing to installation furnace-ladle, it is implemented deoxidisation of metal and slag by aluminium feeding and ferro-calcium in the form of calcium wire at ratio 1-3:1, with consumption, defined depending on ratio from oxidation of metal by receipt of melting to installation furnace-ladle. Then it is prepared high-basic deep-oxidised slag, metal is developed up to chemical content, it is defined oxidation of metal, content in it of silicon and aluminium, after it is implemented additive of the second portion of ferro-calcium, consumption of which is defined depending on oxidation of metal before feeding of ferro-calcium, content of silicon in metal before feeding of ferro-calcium. Then metal is fed to continuous caster of billets.
EFFECT: use of this invention provides decreasing of non-metallic impurities in steel.
