FIELD: ferrous metallurgy; methods of production of the carbon steel.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of the ferrous metallurgy and may be used at production of the carbon steel. The method includes the smelting of the metal in the steel-melting aggregate unit, the sequential feeding of the silicon manganese and aluminum into the steel casting ladle in the tapping process, out-of-furnace treatment by blasting the metal in the ladle by the neutral gas in the aggregate of the metal finishing and correction of the metal tarnishing by feeding of the ferrosilicon, consumption of which they determine in compliance with the preset dependence. Before the blasting of the molten metal in the ladle by the neutral gas in the aggregate of the metal finishing they measure the depth of the slag and the metal tarnishing, and in the process of correction of the metal tarnishing conduct correction of the slag tarnishing. Then the molten metal is fed into the installation of the continuous casting of the sectional steel billets, where it is cast through the intermediate ladle with the rate defined from the preset expression. The presented method ensures the increased persistence of the steel-casting ladles, the improvement of the steel quality and the increased output of the suitable carbon steel.

EFFECT: the invention ensures the increased persistence of the steel-casting ladles, the improved quality of the steel, the increased output of the suitable carbon steel.
