FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: method includes steelmaking in steelmaking unit, its deoxidation, out-furnace steel treatment, addition of ferroboron and blowing by argon through bottom tuyeres during out-furnace steel treatment. Out-furnace steel treatment is implemented on the installation furnace-ladle, then it is implemented blending blowing of steel by argon and it is defined oxidation and temperature of metal by receipt to installation furnace-ladle, it is added calcium-bearing flux cored electrode, it is implemented finish of content of chemical elements and temperature of steel in ladle before output of metal to pouring. Addition of ferroboron is implemented jointly with blowing of steel by argon with consumption, depending on consumption of calcium-bearing flux cored electrode, oxidation of metal at receipt to installation furnace-ladle, metal temperature at receipt to installation furnace-ladle, metal temperature in ladle before its feeding to the poring.
EFFECT: usage of invention provides receiving of required content of boron in steel, to form in metal nonmetallics, easily removed during out-furnace steel treatment, increasing of yield by mechanical properties.
