FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to metallurgy field, particularly to foundry heat-wear resistant cast irons. It can be used for manufacturing of details operating in conditions of intensive abrasive and hard-abrasive wear at different acidity of medium and high temperatures, for instance captures of furnace chain conveyor, support of annealing furnaces, fittings of belt-heating furnaces, fire bars of sintering trolleys and screens of sintering machines. Cast iron contains, wt %: carbon 2.0-2.6; silicon 0.3-0.8; manganese 4.0-5.0; chromium 17.0-19.0; titanium 0.2-0.6; nickel 0.6-1.0; niobium 1.3-3.0; aluminium 1.5-3.5; iron - the rest.
EFFECT: cast iron allows high heat fastness at keeping of wear resistance.
