FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the field of construction and is intended for semi-automatic laying of tiles in process of construction works. Automatic device for laying of tile floors comprises a pair of parallel rails or guides, used for bridge crane movement among rows of tile laying one after another, and the second track, or a pair of parallel guides, perpendicularly to the first ones, along which the first track, and at the same time bridge crane are moved manually or automatically, and facility for gripping-movement-alignment of tiles comprises one or several grips or nippers, which represent a mechanical drive system that presses tiles along their four sides, with preliminary application of adhesive onto tiles, besides movement of the whole laying crane frame unit is controlled by motion device of rack transmission type, where rack is fixed to track. Device comprises single guide rail, along which device freely moves in longitudinal direction on carriage, and displacement in perpendicular direction, for arrangement of the next longitudinal row, is carried out together with guide rail via support trolley fixed on device frame, or by manual method without its application, moreover, frame is fixed on carriage via rotary shaft installed along longitudinal axis of guide rail, on it, through the second shaft, also parallel to guide rail, template platform is fixed for size of laid tile with separating strips, one of which is movable with magnetic fixture, there are also suction caps arranged on template for each tile, which are connected by means of hoses to vacuum pump, and vibrator, while tiles laid into template platform and fixed on front side by means of vacuum via suction caps, are turned manually together with template platform around axis of template platform with further additional rotation in the same direction of the whole frame until template platform with tiles stops against adhesive applied onto prepared surface of floor, and connection-disconnection of vacuum pump and vibrator is done via control panel fixed on frame.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of labour, facilitation of device maintenance.
