FIELD: mechanics, construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mechanisation of operations related to point operating gear assembling in track facilities of railway transport. The invention may be used in point operating gears assembling lines at a specialised site. The mobile unit for reinforced concrete beams installation in point operating gear against diagrams and ordinates consists of a portal frame represented with two trolleys displaced independently from each other along guides of enveloping rails of wheeled bench. One trolley is displaced at the right, whereas the other one is at the left side of rails. Both trolleys are interconnected by articulated rod and moved by power cylinders. Each trolley is equipped with master controller having a number of displacement programs. At the same time each master controller is cinematically connected with measuring chain sections laid along the aforementioned guides of enveloping bench rails through the star-wheel. A slider is available on each trolley that can move lengthwise. The sliders are hinge-connected with each other by means of guide for two carriages capable of moving with reference to each other by means of motion screw. Each carriage is provided with a driven nut corresponding to the above motion screw, pair of rolls for beam orientation along its longitudinal axis and beam lifting mechanism. The unit is equipped with scanner for scanning holes of embedded bolt in the beam. Each trolley and their power cylinders are provided with gripping devices for rails.

EFFECT: displacement and laying of different in length reinforced concrete beams in point operating gear precisely to diagram ensuring required angle of rotation and ordinates, possibility of assembling point operating gears of different grades and directions.
