FIELD: railway construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of construction of the upper structure of a railway track, in particular to automated complexes for assembling a rail-sleeper grid. The complex uses sleepers, pre-equipped with elements of rail fasteners. The complex contains a crane for installing sleepers installed in series, a sleeper feed conveyor with a sleeper layout device, a sleeper density conveyor, an assembly conveyor with a rail installer, a crane for shipping rail-sleeper grid links installed sequentially. The complex is equipped with devices for dismantling or transferring elements of rail fasteners on sleepers to the mounting position, as well as mounting rail fasteners. Dismantling or transfer to the mounting position of the fasteners is carried out when the sleepers are located on the sleeper density conveyor. The fasteners are installed when the sleepers are located on the assembly line. The mounting and dismounting devices are made in the form of a hinged robot manipulator. The robot has a multi-position grip for influencing the elements of rail fasteners.
EFFECT: productivity of the assembly process of the rail-sleeper grid links is increased.
