FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building and can be used as a part of ICE, pump or compressor. Proposed module comprises horizontal working cylinder with intake and discharge pipes to feed and discharge fluid medium. Horizontal working cylinder is isolated in crankcase, while main shaft runs in bearings fitted in horizontal cylinder and common housing walls. Cylindrical shaft is eccentrically coupled with main shaft and, when revolving, it enters in contact with inner cylindrical surface of horizontal working cylinder via first friction element. Second friction element coupled with valve is vertically pressed to cylindrical shaft, the valve being arranged between intake and exhaust pipes in housing gap to form two chambers in aforesaid horizontal working cylinder, isolated and with variable volume. In compliance with this invention, inner ring of plain bearing (16) is securely coupled with the surface of cylindrical housing (15). Note here that bearing outer ring (17) is coupled, via hinge joint (18), with frame (19). Valve (13) is coupled with aforesaid frame, while counterweights (20) are fitted on main shaft (4) of horizontal working cylinder (1). Cylindrical shaft (5), coupled with main shaft (4), is sealed by smaller (7) and larger (8) O-rings. Horizontal working cylinder has radius R4 of circumference inscribed by the axle of hinge joint (18) equals that of cylindrical shaft (5). Horizontal working cylinder (1) and main shaft (5) with first friction element (9) fitted on spring and adjoining inner wall of horizontal working cylinder (1) make first working module, while cylindrical housing (15) is rigidly fitted on main shaft (4). Plain bearing inner ring (16) and outer ring (18) hinged via joint (17) to aforesaid housing, make with the latter second working module of the machine.
EFFECT: higher efficiency.
