FIELD: engines and pumps.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to automotive industry. Proposed actuator comprises valve train composed of cylindrical rotary valves (1) fitted in bodies (2) and valve train drive. Tenon is made at cylindrical rotary valve (1) bottom extending in chamber above cylinder block head (3) and is engaged with driven conical gear (4) of the drive. Drive conical gear (5) is fitted on drive shaft (6). Openings aligned with intake and discharge channels in cylindrical block head (3) are made in the walls of bodies (2). Bodies (2) of cylindrical rotary valves (1) are composed by barrels with bore at bottom and fitted in seats of cylinder block head at outlet of intake channel and inlet of discharge channel communicating combustion chambers with intake and discharge manifolds. Cylindrical rotary valves (1) have channels with generating lines made in radius to communicate the inside of combustion chamber with intake and discharge channels. Grooves for seal rings (7) are made at the edges of rotary valve (1) cylindrical generatrix edges and composed of a set of steel split rings in contact with inner cylindrical part of bodies (2). Radial thrust bearing (8) is fitted in circular locating grooves between the end of valve (1) and bottom of body (2). Second similar bearing (9) is fitted on tenon outer side between boss with bore for said tenon and drive conical gear (4). Gland (10) is fitted in the boss circular recess, its working edge interacting with the tenon cylindrical generatrix.

EFFECT: decreased resistance to fuel-air or air flow.
