FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for use in pipeline systems of oil- and gas pipelines, water supply and multitude of other hydraulic units. Globe valve contains casing with one or two covers with channels for liquid passing, sphere valve with pass and controlling spindle, floating between two saddles from elements with high and low rigidity, located in covers and casing in joints of channels to gate. Rigid element of saddle is implemented in the form of ring from rigid and strong material with antifriction properties on surface of contact to gate and is installed without initial tightness by gate. Soft element of saddle is located on external surface of rigid element and is implemented in the form of flange collar. Blade of each collar allows tightness by sphere valve. Flange part of collar is located with diametral tightness in enveloping it housing or cover boring.
EFFECT: invention is directed to multiple increasing of permissible diametres of passes and pressure difference of liquid and also to increasing of work resource of globe valve with floating gate at simultaneous reduction of labour-intensiveness of manufacturing and moment on controlling spindle.
