FIELD: mechanics.
SUBSTANCE: connecting unit consists of two parts which are the part of the air conditioning main of an aircraft and comprises connecting sections in the form of a pipe or a bush which can be inserted in each other. The connecting section of the first above part is fitted by at least one radial locking ledge and the connecting section of the second part is fitted by at least one locking groove which is totally enclosed by the shell material. The said at least one radial locking ledge and at least one locking groove are made and mutually set so that under certain relative angular position of the two parts locking each locking ledge is engaged with the respective locking groove thus preventing withdrawal of one part from the other in the axial direction.
EFFECT: reliable connection of two units with minimal manipulations and without additional coupling pieces.
