SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a cover (10) of package comprising a neck (18) with an opening and a plug (19) for sealing the said opening, at that the plug and the neck are a single integral unit. The neck (18) has a connecting portion (20) for connection to the package (32) and a sealing portion (21) which protrudes radially inwards from the connecting portion (20) of the neck (18) and is designed to interact with the plug (19) to create hermetic sealing between them. Before the plug (19) is opened, it is connected to the sealing portion (21) through the groove (23), at that the plug (19) is made with the ability of its separation at least from a part of the sealing portion (21) by tearing along the line of the groove (23). The plug (19) is equipped with a sealing portion (24) that protrudes from the inner side of the plug (19) and is designed for interaction with the sealing portion (21) of the neck (18), providing the ability of re-sealing. The cover made according to the invention provides significant material saving and a simplified manufacturing process, whereby it can be entirely manufactured in a single step using a single tool, without the subsequent operations of mounting various parts of the package cover, at that the cover according to the invention provides hermetic sealing and protection against accidental opening. The invention also relates to a device for manufacturing a package cover and a method of its manufacturing.
