INSTALLATION FOR MATERIAL SAMPLES STRENGTH TEST Russian patent published in 2009 - IPC G01N3/10

Abstract RU 2374617 C1

FIELD: mechanics.

SUBSTANCE: installation for strength tests of the materials samples comprises a supporting frame, two guides set on it at a right angle in respect to each other, two anvils set in the guides right angle vertex, pushers set on the other ends of the guides, drives of the pushers reciprocating movement along the guides, sample gripping units, gripping latches on the guides and springs connected by one end to the respective gripping units. The pushers are placed in the additional guides, connected to them by additional springs and fitted by the latches for the connection with the additional guides; the additional guides are connected to the other ends of the basic springs and are able of travelling along the latter springs; the basic and additional springs are characterised by different stiffness parametres.

EFFECT: increased data volume by testing at regulating the rigidity of the loading system.
