FIELD: test technology. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has a base, grips for a specimen to be tested, loading mechanism in the form of crank mechanism, slide with a guide fixed to the base, two load-bearing springs, device for percussive loading. The apparatus furthermore is provided with a draw member in the form of a frame attached to the grip. The percussive loading device has an auxiliary rotary member and a striker coupled with it. Rotary members are made in the form of toothed engaging gears, their connections with the strikers are made in the form of pendulum toothed wheels freely mounted on axles. The end of rod is made in the form of a fork between teeth of which the frame cross-bar and load-bearing spring are interposed. EFFECT: enhanced reliability. 4 dwg
