FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: there is offered early diagnostic technique for development of neonatal sepsis in newborns with respiratory pathology and perinatal damage of central nervous system. With immunocytofluorimetry method, venous blood of newborns is analysed for relative content of monocyte HLA-DR+; if the value is 43.6 % and less, septic complications are diagnosed.
EFFECT: technique ensures high sensitivity (85,7%) and specificity (82%), allows for well-timed intensification of intensive therapy with considering possibility for immunopotentiating therapy.
