SUBSTANCE: invention may be used to make a multipage document with identification data. Information carrier comprises at least two substantially flat joined parts (A, B), which form device, where one part may be imposed onto the other, besides the first part (A) comprises transponder (TA), which is located in plane of specified part (A), and the second part (B) comprises screening element (SB), which occupies all or part of the second part (B) surface, moreover, specified transponder (TA) is intended for reading by means of appropriate reader, which sends electromagnetic signals that activate response transmission with a mentioned transponder (TA), besides when parts are imposed one above another, then transponder (TA), comprises in the first part (A), is closed with screening element (SB), comprises in the second part (B), for prevention of transponder (TA) activation by means of signal absorption, transmitted by reader, and activation is carried out under condition of the fact that parts (A, B) are inverted one relative to another one, and transponder (TA) - at the distance from screening element (SB).
EFFECT: creation of portable information carrier with transponder capable of activation and deactivation in process of specified carrier use without application of special activation device.
