SUBSTANCE: method for dynamic selection of data transmission rate and/or transmission power and a device realising the said method are proposed. The method involves periodical transmission of beacon frames by devices, into which they introduce data transmission rate and/or transmission power feedback for all data stream transmitters for which given devices are receivers. The feedback can consist of recommended values of data transmission rate and/or transmission power or channel state information. The transmitter selects data transmission rate and/or transmission power, taking into consideration feedback from one or more stream receivers.
EFFECT: invention relates to systems based on transmission medium access protocol control during ultra-broadband communication.
