SYSTEM FOR REMOVAL, PROCESSING AND RECYCLING OF LIQUID MANURE Russian patent published in 2009 - IPC A01C3/00 

FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: system consists of scraper conveyor, channel, pumps, two methane-tanks, hopper, storage, aggregate for manure intake from storage. Channel is made with slope to the side of hopper. Two pumps with pipelines are installed in hopper. One of pipelines has splitter for liquid manure fraction supply to the beginning of channel from hopper and flushing of heavy manure fraction into hopper. The second pump is intended for manure pumping to methane-tank. In lower part of one methane-tank there is a pipeline for discharge of partially processed manure into another methane-tank. In lower part of each methane-tank there is a heating device, which provides for manure heating, and in upper part there are nozzles for grinding of manure crust in upper part of methane-tank due to liquid manure fraction. Methane-tanks in upper part are arranged with gasholders for gas collection and its further transportation. Gasholders are arranged as corrugated and are connected to each other. Storage bottom is coated with rubberised cloth.

EFFECT: system makes it possible to improve efficiency of manure processing, to create comfortable conditions for animals keeping and work of service personnel, to introduce efficient system of manure discharge, to produce biogas, to improve quality of biological fertilisers, to improve environmental state at stock-farm and complex.
