FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to agriculture, in particular to devices for preparation of fodders at stock-farms and complexes. Device comprises hopper and batcher of dry fodders, two tanks for liquid additives with valves for control of amount of supplied liquid additives, pipelines and throwers of liquid additives, and discharge tray. Batcher of dry fodders is made in the form of helical conveyor arranged on shaft, in discharge zone of which 4…8 "П"-shaped blades of circular section are fixed on shaft. Net with rectangular holes created by crossing and fixed round rods is installed under blades. Upper row of rods is installed across travel of "П"-shaped blades. Chamber of preliminary mixing is made in the form of reservoir with rectangular section with holes in side walls for connection to throwers of liquid additive. Under chamber of preliminary mixing there is a chamber of main mixing, which is made in the form of cylindrical reservoir, where rotary vertical blade mixer is installed. Mixer is made in the form of shaft with 3…5 tiers of fixed 2…8 pieces of round section blades, and lower tier of blades in the form of flat blades. Blades of each previous tier outpace blades of the following tier so that flat blades are arranged parallel to blades of upper tier. Supports are fixed opposite to each other in staggered order between tiers of blades to walls of cylindrical reservoir.

EFFECT: invention provides for high homogeneity of mixture components mixing, possibility to independently add several liquid additives into dry fodders with their various concentration in mixture.
