FIELD: mechanization of labor consuming processes in animal farming, in particular, moistening of dry feeds with liquids.

SUBSTANCE: apparatus has system for dosing and mixing of liquid mixtures and system for mixing of dry feeds and liquid mixtures. Liquid mixture dosing and mixing system has two reservoirs which are connected through liquid mixture feeding pipe to closed mixing pipeline. Gear-type pumps-dozers installed within liquid mixture feeding pipe are equipped with synchronous drive. Gear-type pump-dozer installed within closed mixing pipeline has inserts positioned at its outlet end and made in the form of truncated cones. Spiral of round section is rigidly fixed in closed mixing pipeline. Apparatus is also furnished with liquid components feeding valves, manometer, electromagnetic valve, and liquid mixture sprayer comprising casing provided with radial-curved slots and head. System for mixing of dry feeds and liquid mixtures is made in the form of hopper-mixer equipped with screw and discharge trough. Spiral blades having angle of 45 deg are fixed in lower part of hopper-mixer, and pneumatic line feeding end is tangentially fixed in upper part of hopper-mixer, said pneumatic line being designed for feeding of dry feed and equipped with liquid mixture sprayer mounted thereon.

EFFECT: increased uniformity of mixing dry and liquid feeds and enhanced reliability in operation.
