FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: cooling beverage production method includes preparation of rye bread, making a hole in it and filling of the hole with sand sugar with following thermal treatment at 160-220°C till dark brown mass is formed in the hole. After that mass formed in the bread is taken out and dissolved in water in ratio 1:50-1:200.

EFFECT: this allows production of brown beverage with sweet mint taste enriched with vitamins B1, B2, PP, E, microelements.
