FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to methods of apparatus circular anastomosis formation. Stylet of base part of circular suturing apparatus is placed at the level of intestine resection. Intestine stump is sewn with two ligatures from two sides. Ligatures are passed directly around stylet, loose ends of ligatures are used to sew intestine walls from each side along not less than 2 cm, sutures are tightened, apparatus colorectal anastomosis is applied.
EFFECT: method increases reliability of application of apparatus colorectal anastomosis.
