FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to surgical treatment of urinary bladder diseases and can be used in operative treatment of patients with cancer of urinary bladder. For this purpose cystectomy is performed. Ureter of smaller diametre is anastomised with ureter of bigger diametre "end-to-side", and ureter of bigger diametre is brought out on lateral side of anterior abdominal wall. 1 month after operation skin is cut, indenting from edge of brought out ureter on 8 and 2 o'clock - 4 cm, on 5 and 11 o'clock - 6 cm respectively. Edges of formed skin flap are sewn with separate sutures, first suture is applied on 745 and 815, 2 suture is applied, sewing points on 1 and 215, further sutures are applied, approaching flap edges from each side, into obtained reservoir drainage tube is installed, skin above reservoir is sewn.
EFFECT: claimed method allows to form sufficient in volume urinary reservoir with normal blood flow beyond abdominal cavity from skin of anterior abdominal wall, eliminate development of reflux-pyelonephritis in case of failure of sutures of sewn intestine parts, as well as colon-anastomosis or ureter-colon anastomosis reduce danger of peritonitis development and improve direct results of surgical treatment of patients with cancer of urinary bladder.
