FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves placing isolated U-shaped seromuscular sutures on lateral surface of 15 cm long isolated small intestine loop on the right and left side. The first suture is stitched on countermesenterial edge. The following isolated U-shaped sutures are stitched on lateral surface of the intestine so that each previous suture is included into the next one. The sutures are placed in perpendicular to intestine axis with each following suture coming 5 mm closer to the mesenterial intestine edge. The last suture is placed 5 mm far from the mesenterial intestine edge. The first suture is made in distal intestine portion also on countermesenterial edge and then U-shaped seromuscular sutures are made in succession on the other side of the intestine also gradually descending to the mesenterial edge. The produced sutures are tightened.
EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment.
