METHOD FOR MAKING PLASTIC REPAIR OF THE URINARY BLADDER WITH A FLAP ON VASCULAR PEDICLE Russian patent published in 2001 - IPC

FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves separating free musculocutaneous flap on vascular pedicle shaped as maple leaf in thoracodorsal region on its right and on its left. The vascular pedicle has dorsal artery and thoracic vein. The dorsal artery and thoracic vein are joined to inferior epigastric artery and vein by means of anastomoses, respectively. Anastomosis is created between the superior flap leaf fragment and posterior urethra. Ureters are conducted to the urinary bladder wall through the flap wall. The edges of the fragments are sutured one to the other. Ureteral incubation tubes are brought outside from the so created reservoir. Draining tube is set into the urinary bladder cavity. The wound in suprapubic area is sutured with drains retained. EFFECT: prevented cystoplastic complications. 2 cl, 2 dwg
