SUBSTANCE: method can be used in medicine, namely in urology, can be used in treatment of varix dilatation of veins of racemose plexus. Mini-access is used. Incision of skin and subcutaneous cellular tissue is performed. Aponeurosis of external oblique muscle is cut. Working space is formed and testicular vein is exposed. Testicular vein is exposed 4-5 cm higher than internal inguinal ring.

EFFECT: method allows to prevent disease recurrence, reduce intervention traumaticity due to perfoming ligation in area of junction of testicuolar vein branches into general trunk and reduction of number of crossed structural elements in testicular vein projection, as well as to obtain good cosmetic effect.
