FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to operative urology. A laparoscope is introduced into the sub-umbilical region and two trocars are introduced into the right and left iliac regions. In the left inguinal fossa, the dilated branches of the left internal testicular vein, the deferent duct with the accompanying dilated vein and artery are visualised. The parietal sheet of the peritoneum is the dissected over them. Two trocars are therein placed in the right and left iliac regions, clipped, and the vein of the deferent duct is crossed. The internal testicular artery of the deferent duct is therein mobilised medially, removed from the intervention area, then the trunks of the internal left testicular vein and the vein of the left deferent duct are isolated and skeletonised. The veins are clipped at a distance of one centimeter with titanium clips and crossed between said clips.
EFFECT: method allows reducing frequency of postoperative relapses, increasing effectiveness of treatment of patients with varicocele.
