FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention is referred to the area of medicine, in particular to the urologic andrology and can be used for surgical treatment of varicocele. In order to do that the varicosities of testicular veins are separated consecutively. The ligature and dissection of varicosities is performed. The ends of crossed trunks of testicular vein shall be fixed relative to each other using ligatures on the distance that is equal to the length of dissected section of testicular vein.
EFFECT: keeping the “frame” of vascular bundle after ligature and dissection of testicular veins; prevention of the post-surgical complications and varicocele relapse.
