SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to surgery and urology. Spermatic cord is approached through an incision of skin, subcutaneous fat and Scarpa fascia at level of 1 cm below an external inguinal ring. Spermatic cord is separated from the surrounding tissues and brought into the wound. After the spermatic cord is brought into the wound, the spermatic cord is scanned with an intraoperative Doppler sensor. Number of trunks of the internal testicular artery in the spermatic cord is determined. Identified arterial vessels are ranked by peak systolic blood flow velocity. Under optical zoom × 6-15, the spermatic cord membranes are opened. Venous trunks surrounding the arterial vessel with the highest blood flow rate are ligatured and transected. Veins surrounding the second and following blood vessels are sequentially ligated and transected. All the remaining veins of the spermatic cord are ligatured, except for the vein of the vas deferens.

EFFECT: method provides higher safety of surgical treatment of varicocele.
