FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to powder metallurgy, particularly to method of manufacturing of friction bearing for application in different field of machinery. On steel basis of bearing bush it is applied layer of ceramic slurry containing powder charge and plasticiser. Simultaneously it is compacted ceramic slurry by means of deforming tool implemented from material with shape memory effect by means of its heating up to temperature of reverse martensite transformation, it is created on ceramic slurry macro-relief in the form of hollows and dried. Macro-relief is created by means of armour, put on smooth surface of deforming tool. Then it is implemented sintering with sintering of ceramic slurry to the basis it is applied antifriction material and mechanical operation.
EFFECT: ability of parametres variation of macro-relief without alteration of tool, reduction of manufacturing laboriousness of tool, up grading of products and productivity.
