FIELD: powdery metallurgy; mechanical engineering; methods of manufacture of the plain bearing bushing.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the powdery metallurgy, in particular, to the methods of manufacture of the plain bearings for application in the different branches of the mechanical engineering. Conduct deposition of the powdery layer on the base made in the form of the slip containing the powdery fusion mixture and the plasticizer. The slip is compacted, then by means of the deforming element they create on it the macrorelief made in the form of the pits, and dry it. Then they sinter the slip with its agglomeration to the steel base and apply the antifriction material on it. The presented method allows to increase the tear and wear life of the bearing and accordingly to increase its service life, and also to reduce the labor input and to increase efficiency of the plain bearing bushing manufacture process.
EFFECT: the invention allows to increase the tear and wear life of the bearing and accordingly to increase its service life, to reduce the labor input and to increase efficiency of the plain bearing bushing manufacture process.
