FIELD: transport.

SUBSTANCE: annular partition 4 is arranged between every radial section 7. Outer chamber forms bypass orifice 10 closed by lug valve 11 furnished with throttle orifice 12. When wheels 2 roll on road irregularities, radial section gets squeezed to have air pressure increasing therein. Aforesaid lug valve 11 opens bypass orifice to allow compressed air flow rapidly into inner chamber 6. When wheel 2 rolls off the road irregularity, compressed radial section 7 expands to resume its shape, and rapidly. Air pressure in aforesaid section decreases. Lug valve 11 stops bypass valve 11 to make compressed air slowly flowing back, via throttle orifice 12, into radial section 7.

EFFECT: higher damping capacity.
