FIELD: transport engineering; wheeled tractors, combine harvesters, excavators on pneumatic tyre wheels. SUBSTANCE: proposed wheel has rim and pneumatic tyre accommodating elastic envelope in form of hollow torus installed with ring clearance and dividing tyre space into two spaces, thus forming ring working space in tyre. Ring working space has additional elastic camber in form of torus installed in inner space of elastic envelope and communicating with ring working space through valves with throttling holes installed on surface of elastic envelope. Ring working space and additional elastic chamber are filled with liquid, thus forming hydraulic damping system of wheel.
