FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: proposed regulator comprises flexible element representing polymer rod composed of several plastic layers. Aforesaid layers are jointed together by clamping ring arranged on free end of aforesaid rod. Opposite end of the rod is rigidly embedded into cage. The latter is arranged on bearing cable and has transverse slot to fit aforesaid cable. Cage features lengthwise shape that allows fastening the rod at various angles to bearing cable. Rod top part has ledges. Shape of ledges allows the ring rigidly fastened to dropper only in one direction from rod free end to aforesaid cage. Dropper other end is linked to contact wire dropper terminal clip.
EFFECT: optimum elasticity at higher speeds of electric rolling stock thanks to higher suspension damping efficiency.
