FIELD: packing industry.
SUBSTANCE: package is produced by bending and sealing of sheet packing material having a layered structure with a material layer impermeable for oxygen. The package consists of a gable top part comprising a front and a back sloped top walls connected in the top cross seam and of a pair of side top walls which are connecting the respective side edges of the front and back sloped top walls and are produced by bending of the respective parts of sheet packing material along the specified bend lines outlining the panel rows. The said method involves the stage of defining the position and length of the bend lines aimed at the formation of the package gable top part by making the lines in the sheet packing material. The first cross bend line outlining the top cross seam is defined. The second cross bend line distanced from the first one and forming the horizontal angles of the gable top part is also defined. A row of longitudinal bend lines which together with the first and second cross bend lines are outlining a pair of first zones specifying the side top walls and a pair of second zones specifying the front and back sloped top walls is defined. A row of inner bend lines placed within each first zone is defined. The method involves also the stage of defining the position and length of the inner bend lines, which are placed within each first zone, by geometrical relations calculated with the consideration of the fact that the resulting panels are to be turned in the form of rigid bodies during the formation of the said side walls around their respective inner bend lines, which are placed within each first zone. The group of inventions relates also to the sheet packing material and to the package produced by the above method.
EFFECT: producing a package without any damage to its integrity, high level of food products protection, high reliability level for users and producing a package with large variety of shapes and dimensions.
