SUBSTANCE: this invention relates to a cigarette-packing machine for production of rigid packs with a hinged cover. The objective of the invention is to create a cigarette-packing machine suitable for production of a new type of cigarette packs, which is simple and relatively cheap to make. The cigarette-packing machine for production of rigid packs with a hinged cover comprises the first packing unit, which folds the first stock around a group of cigarettes for formation of the outer body with a hinged cover. And the second packing unit, which folds the second stock around the outer body to form a tubular shifted jacket, which surrounds the outer body for axial shift relative to the outer body. The tubular shifted jacket comprises a transfer element, in its turn having the first end, integral with the cover, the second end opposite to the first end and integral with the shifted body. The tubular shifted jacket also comprises a deformable intermediate section with a U-shaped bend between the outer body and the shifted jacket. The cigarette-packing machine also comprises at least the first seat, the first supply unit, which supplies the second stock to the first seat, the first transfer station, which sends the outer body to the first seat. The bending device of the cigarette-packing machine bends the second stock around the outer body. The second station of transfer of the cigarette-packing machine transfers the outer body together with the second stock from the first seat. The objects of the invention are also a method of manufacturing of a rigid pack with a hinged cover and a method of production of a rigid pack with a hinged cover.
EFFECT: creation of a cigarette-packing machine suitable for production of a new type of cigarette packs, which is simple and relatively cheap to make.
