FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to pipeline accessories, particularly to two-saddle valves and is designed for utilisation in branches of industry for regulating parametres of processes related to liquid and gaseous mediums. Here is disclosed the method of unloading the two-saddle valve gate wherein flow of working medium in a between-saddle chamber is divided in two parts. Flow of working medium is divided with a partition into two parts after an inlet branch. These parts of flow are directed into opposite sides into above-saddle chambers. Further, from the above-saddle chambers flows of working medium enter a between-saddle chamber This chamber is divided into two between-saddle chambers with another partition. Then each of these flows is divided into two flows. These flows are directed into opposite directions and actuate the lock in opposite directions. The flows envelope the partition from sides and come into an outlet branch.
EFFECT: increased reliability, regulation of working medium flow, elimination of one-side wear of valve, elimination of valve wedging during operation, reduced hydraulic resistance of valve, decreased deformation of valve gate at hydro-impacts and rapid pressure drops of working medium, and increased operation life of valve.
