FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pipeline fittings, in particular, to axisymmetric regulating valves with upper flange connector and is intended for regulating and blocking of liquid and gaseous working media at power engineering and gas and oil chemistry facilities. An axisymmetric regulating valve with upper flange connector comprises a casing with inlet and outlet branch pipes and a fairing set inside the casing. A compensated cylindrical rolling gate is installed in the fairing cavity movably along the valve axis by a driven rack-and-gear mechanism. The casing is fitted by the upper flange connector with grooving where a sealing element is set to seal-in the connector: casing-cover. The rolling gate comprises a cavity with upper, lower and inner surfaces being at the same time the guides and the support of a separator. The rolling gate is sealed in the fairing by sealing elements. A sealed-in closed loop with a sealing control channel is arranged between the casing and the cover. A sealing control channel for the rack-and-gear mechanism is provided as well. The sealing control channels are closed by plugs fitted by threads identical to the grease nipples.
EFFECT: increased reliability of valve performance and reduced expenses for maintenance and repair in the course of operation.
