FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: axisymmetric bellows-operated top-entry regulating valve for the operation with corrosive and radioactive media under high parameters. The valve comprises a cylindrical casing with inlet and outlet branch pipes, an inner fairing fixed by a pillar on the cover of the upper connector, in the fairing cavity there installed is a rack-and-gear mechanism connected to the mechanism of axial movement of a compensated rolling gate which is in contact with a seat set in the outlet branch pipe, with a seat fitted by a flow splitter and made with a guiding ring projection in the zone of contact with the rolling gate. The rolling gate moving above the separator seat and sealed in the fairing by piston rings provides for continuous linear or equal percentage increment of flow section area due to the holes made in the separator with alternating pitch. The seat is rigidly fixed in the outlet branch pipe of the valve or is screwed into by a self-sealing tapered thread and is fitted by the set inside flow splitter and a flared end to lead the levelled flow beyond the welded joint of the valve's welding to a pipeline. The valve stem comprises a collar made solid with the stem body with a bellows unit being welded to one its end and the other end being welded to a bush which via a stressed multilayered toroidal sealing element is fixed in the cover of the upper connector of the axisymmetric bellows-operated top-entry regulating valve forming a sealed-in closed loop.
