SUBSTANCE: invention relates to apparatus for displaying visually luminescent information, mainly of advertisement nature. The device rotates and has at least one screen. The screen can project an image in a given direction. The screen consists of at least one substrate which carries the image and at least one projector. The projector can direct its beams onto the substrate. In one version of the device, there are several vertical opaque elements on each screen. The elements occupy the entire height of the working surface of the screen. Elements lie at a distance from each other greater than their thickness and length greater than the distance between them. In another version of the device, there are focusing cones on each screen, with their larger faces touching.
EFFECT: obtaining an image lying frontally in front of the viewer, independent of location or displacement of the image.
