SUBSTANCE: invention relates to "smart home/building" systems. Proposal is made for realising "smart home" scenarios in a telecommunication system during transmission of text, audio-, video data and/or control data between a data source and data receiver, made as mobile telephone, and a mobile device of a telecommunication system, consisting of a base station connected to a network with channel switching and/or packet switching for making telephone calls and transmitting/receiving text, audio-, video- and/or control data and at least one mobile device for making telephone calls and transmitting/receiving text, audio-, video- and/or control data, which are connected to each other through a radio interface, generates control instructions and, during exchange of messages between devices participating in communication or telecommunication transmits through the radio interface in a task-oriented manner, wherein using these control instructions text, audio-, video- and/or control data accumulated in the data source are generated, and their output, transmission or rewriting in data receivers or their output in the data source is initiated.

EFFECT: design of a telecommunication "smart home" system for simple and real time transmission of different data.
